Capital increase of DKK 5,791,250 (579,125 shares of DKK 10) in Bavarian Nordic A/S finalised
Bavarian Nordic A/S informs that the capital increase of nominally DKK 5,791,250 (579,125 shares of DKK 10) in connection with the private placement, see stock announcement no. 02-06 of 22 March 2006, using the book-building method has been finalised. The capital increase has been subscribed at a price of DKK 410 per share of DKK 10 by Danish and international financial investors. The company will receive net proceeds of approximately DKK 227.5 million. At the subscription price the capital increase was subscribed almost two times.
It is a condition for the final registration of the capital increase that no extraordinary circumstances will arise during the period ending when the shares are admitted to trading, which at the earliest will be 28 March 2006. After final completion of the capital increase the share capital of Bavarian Nordic A/S will amount to DKK 63,761,800 (6,376,180 shares of DKK 10).
The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange under the interim code ISIN DK0060034437 on Tuesday 28 March 2006, which is expected to be merged with the existing primary code 0015998017 (BAVA) on Monday 3 April 2006.
