Bavarian Nordic in continued dialogue with possible strategic partners
In connection with the announcement of Bavarian Nordic’s interim report as of 31 March 2006 we communicated the following:
“Bavarian Nordic continues to evaluate the possibilities to enter into a strategic alliance with an international vaccine manufacturer. The company is in discussions with potential collaboration partners and aims to give a status on this activity before end of the first-half of 2006.”
Bavarian Nordic is still conducting exploratory dialogues with potential international partners. At this point of time it is still uncertain whether these discussions will lead to a concrete collaboration. However, Bavarian Nordic expects that the discussions will continue throughout 2006.
