U.S. International Trade Commission Initial Determination Extended
In Bavarian Nordic’s patent infringement action against Acambis plc’s MVA-based smallpox vaccine products at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), the Administrative Law Judge has announced a new date for the Initial Determination. The Judge’s ruling is now expected no later than 8 September 2006.
The target date for the final decision is 8 December 2006.
