Bavarian Nordic Confirms Proposal Submitted to Supply IMVAMUNE™ Smallpox Vaccine to US Government
Bavarian Nordic A/S confirms that it has submitted a proposal to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to manufacture and supply 20M doses of its IMVAMUNE™ smallpox vaccine to the strategic national stockpile. A decision on contract award(s) is expected in February 2006, according to U.S. Government authorities.
