Erling Johansen

Mr. Johansen is former President and CEO of BASF Health and
Nutrition A/S. Prior to this he was President of DanoChemo A/S. Mr.
Johansen worked previously in various management positions for
Ferrosan, DITZ Schweitzer A/S and Oticon A/S.
Mr. Johansen is a Danish national, born in 1944.
The special competences possessed by Mr. Johansen that are
important for the performance of his duties are his in-depth
knowledge of Bavarian Nordic's business and his extensive
background within the pharmaceutical industry.
