Target figure for the underrepresented gender in the Board

In 2013, the Board of Directors set a target figure for female board members elected by the general meeting to 15% (corresponding to one member). Considering the Board's current composition as well as the composition of the boards of comparable companies, the target figure is regarded as realistic and ambitious. The time horizon, within which the set target figure is sought to be achieved, is determined at four years having regard to the continuity of the Board.

In other management levels, the company currently has more than 40% of each gender and as such the share of gender is regarded equal. Over time, should the share for either gender drop below 40%, the company will prepare a policy to increase the share of the underrepresented gender.
