Target figure for the underrepresented gender in the Board

In 2017, within the predefined time horizon, the Board of Directors met its target figure for female board members elected by the general meeting. The target was 15%, corresponding to one member. Considering the Board's current composition as well as the composition of the boards of comparable companies, the Board maintains the target for the period until 2021.

In other management levels, the company currently has more than 40% of each gender and as such the share of gender is regarded equal. Over time, should the share for either gender drop below 40%, the company will prepare a policy to increase the share of the underrepresented gender.
