"I started at Bavarian Nordic in March 2006, and I certainly
don't regret it.
I've worked in QA since I started, but I've had different areas of
responsibility, which is also one of the many good things about
Bavarian Nordic.
There are lots of challenges here, fortunately, and work is rarely
the same from one day to the next. There's not so much 'this is the
way we always do it' - I used to hate that in previous jobs - and
because Bavarian Nordic is a relatively young and very dynamic
company, good input and initiatives are welcome. We work a lot
across the organisation, and the tone is informal and open. Humour
is an important part of everyday work life, and all the different
activities you can go to after work give you lots of opportunities
to get to know your colleagues in a completely different way.
My job is really flexible, something I greatly appreciate, and
'freedom with responsibility' is definitely the operative
concept."
