Bavarian Nordic holds contracts with the U.S. government which require Bavarian Nordic to award certain percentages of its subcontracts to small businesses.
In order to meet these goals, Bavarian Nordic is actively seeking to identify as many small business concerns as possible that are capable of performing the necessary subcontract work. In addition to small business, applicable sub-categories of small businesses include: woman-owned small business concerns; small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals; veteran-owned small business concerns; service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns; and, HUBZone small business concerns.
We are particularly interested in small businesses classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes of 325414 and 541710.
What is a small business?
Only U.S.-based, for-profit corporations may qualify as a small business for purposes of U.S. government procurement. If you are not certain whether you qualify as a small business, please review the information available on the U.S. Small Business Administration website at: www.sba.gov.
